Eligibility for membership:

Any interested individuals in the healthcare industry who are committed to the promotion of quality healthcare throughout the State of Kentucky and who serve in professions dedicated to that purpose. Members include professionals serving in general medicine, acute care, managed care, long-term care, home health, rehabilitation, mental health, quality consulting and ambulatory clinics. Many of their areas of focus are:

    * quality management
    * risk management
    * nursing
    * management discharge
    * medical/professional
    * case management
    * medical records
    * infection control utilization
    * planning/continuity of care
    * staff quality management

CPHQ Certification:

The organization provides and promotes activities that assist members to obtain certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). Each conference provides updates on current quality topics and gives the attendee credit hours towards the CPHQ designation.

Membership Dues:

Annual dues are $45.00 per year.  Dues are paid in January and expire in December.  Dues paid after October are accepted as dues for the following year. 

Dues may be paid in advance at the time of the Annual Educational conference in August each year.
